It is so awesome to see how photo manipulation can work in a piece. I love how they made the explosion of smoke the same color as the body to really touch on the illusion of the face blowing up. It gives the image and uneasy feeling.

Merged images to show it isn't just what's on the outside that counts. This is really effective I believe as it is like a haunting half compared to the classy girl.

Relationship between life and death. inside, outside: No information about this but it is two different photographs put together to create a half skull, half face image. That heavily relates to the theme of inside, outside and in between.

I like the way the tigers face is merged into the humans face. the features are aliened giving the idea that animals and humans are more alike then people think.
