Work in progress... I see this as a great way to display/store treasured pieces of jewellery. I've painted these wooden, miniature shelves a crisp white, then they've been sanded lightly to achieve a shabby chic look. I've had loads of fun cutting colourful and interesting pictures out of glossy magazines and I'm glueing the pictures in each 'window' using wallpaper paste.
