Gouqi is London’s newest fine dining concept from former Hakkasan Group Executive Chef Tong Chee Hwee, who successfully earned seven Michelin Stars globally during his 18 year tenure. Gouqi is the chef's first solo venture and will bring together techniques and ingredients from across China with a vast menu selection. The grand site will be located at Trafalgar Square, London with dining options in the main restaurant as well as private spaces.
