Ergens in België bij een industriestad staat een verlaten gasometer. Gazometer Equinox wordt ook wel Unox (jawel) of Under the Dome genoemd in de urbex scene. Daar wil ik heen! Ik ben dol op urban exploring, ofwel het ontdekken van verlaten plekken. Het is altijd de vraag of je een locatie kunt vinden en of je binnen komt. Ik heb geluk. Op een heuvel in de Ardennen ligt Sanatorium du Basil. Dit verlaten ziekenhuis in België is een populaire urbex locatie in de Ardennen. Ooit was deze plek een rustoord voor mensen met TBC. Er wonen nu spoken in het vervallen pand. #lostplaces #abandoned

Het sanatorium van Dolhain is gebouwd na de tweede wereldoorlog. In de jaren ’70 verbleven er maar liefst 150 kinderen in het sanatorium, de oude slaapzalen zijn nog duidelijk te herkennen. #lostplaces #abandoned
