It has been a tough couple years struggling with the business and just general chaos of life but I think we have overcome so much and now clearer and stronger then ever. Just need to plan-plan-plan have clear goals keep it simple and check-in with each other regularly. I am super excited to move forward and get this new show on the road Especially can't wait to teach yoga together it is going to be so fun and most of all keep us grounded and connected!
