I'm practicing Matcha Green Tea Ceremony since 8 years and I always been a huge fan of Tea Cocktails but there's a time for everything. I managed to create an amazing balance mixing Matcha infused Macchu Pisco with Mint - Sour Mix and Egg White - on the top with 4 drops of Mint Bitters !

Expresso Martini it's a concept that you can play with as much as you like. if you want some hazelnut in it or chocolate or maybe some marshmallow, it's really up to you - still it's an amazing drink ! What I did here is, I infused my Pisco with Orange and used chestnut liquor - mix it up with Peruvian coffee and put some chilli chocolate drizzle on the top !

Pina Colada - That's a type of drink that usually we want to have in the summer time, like all the time ! But I want it to keep the coconut with us in the winter and the creaminess. All I did is, I used fresh peach and apricot brandy to create this creamy fruitiness ! Happened to be one of the most popular Post-Summer drink !

Old Fashioned - keeping the Peruvian atmosphere I used my Macchu Pisco to create a " Dark Forest " flavoured Brandy with Pine wood ,sour cherry and other magical dark fruits. On the top I infused my brandy with some flat cap mushrooms to give a unique flavour which helped me to cut the edges of the spirit, so it's was much smoother and still kept it's heavy body.

Lavender Fizz - I made a home made raspberry/blueberry/lavender syrup - infused Lavender Macchu Pisco - dash of cream and Prosecco ! Done !

Bringing back these memories I used Belgian white Chocolate chips / apple and cinnamon infused Macchu Pisco - with a dash of apple juice and chilli chocolate drizzle on the top to kill your cold !
