Creme brûlée martini Vanilla Vodka 35ml Hazelnut Liqueur 15ml Irish Cream 15ml White Chocolate Liqueur 15ml Egg white Shake all ingredients hard with 1 cube of ice to whisk the mixture, then shake again with a cup of ice. Double strain into glass, sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar onto top of drink and blowtorch. Repeat 3 times until a hard caramel layer forms. Crack with your favourite kitchen utensil and enjoy!

A friend introduced me to the dessert cocktail "Nuts and Berries." Pour 1 ounce Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, 1 ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir. Top with Baileys Irish Cream, stir again and enjoy.
