I love to make photo mosaics - in this one I am looking at textures and colours in a piece of work I stitched with a watery sea theme to make the fabrics look "watery" I used plastics and chiffons that reflect light, distressed the chiffons so they look like air bubbles and used different coloured layers for different depths of water. Sketchbook - Textiles

Hi everyone. Here are some pictures of my textiles GCSE sketchbook. I love looking through other peoples sketchbooks, but there's not many pictures online, so I thought I would upload a few of my own for those of you like me who are a bit nosy! This sketchbook is based on theme of 'crockery' and we have to answer an exam question based on that. In case you are thinking 'there's not much textiles there', well that's because I do more of an art based GCSE. I hope you like it x ,
