25over50 - Day 6 Apologies if tonight's is a bit rambley. Have a bit on my mind about the weightloss and the wedding. Burned 600 Eaten 2300 Lost 5lb over 5 days. Wedding suit fits but how low can I go before it doesn't?!
25over50 - Day 4 3over3 since weigh day. Too many calories eaten today(3400) but 600 burned in exercise and drank 2l of water and exercised muscles I don't normally... so that's a plus. Tomorrow may not be such good news on the scales but I intend to fast like a goodun!
25over50 - Day 3 Day 2 (Since initial weight) 1lb down 600 cals consumed today with a lovely lemon chicken and noodle dish. Currently burned 484 cals (about to walk the last 116 off!) Drunk plenty of water. No green stuff today planning on more of it tomorrow. Exercise of hips is definitely helping. Less pain today!
25over50 - Day 1 Day 1 complete. Weigh in for day 1 will be on tomorrow's video. Happy with the run and the calories burned today (870) as well as my lovely meal this evening (Chicken tarragon pots with rosemary potato wedges)
50over100 - Day 100! The day has arrived! I've lost 45 lb over 100 days. Very very happy! Thanks to everyone in the ADF community my friends my family and all of you who watched!
Day 99 of 100. Losing 50lbs in 100 days. 42lbs over 99 days. Not as much as I'd hoped but I'm still happy. Considering all that has happened in this 99 days I'm really proud of what I've achieved. I will continue to 50overHoweverMany and know that I'm a better father at this point and happy that I have inspired many and that some of my mishaps can act as a cautionary tale to others! Long live ADF!
