The rectangular case applied with royal blue enamel, embellished to the centre with a gem-set floral bouquet in a vase motif, between borders of chevron design accented with cabochon emeralds, to a push-button opening set with calibre-cut sapphire, opening to reveal a powder compartment and lipstick holder, circa 1925, signed Cartier Paris Londres New York and numbered 0618, French assay mark for 18ct gold.
