Mix mullerlight yoghurt into last 1/3 of jelly and mix well.  When first layer set add the yoghurt/jelly mix to top and put in fridge. 3 syns for the lot.

Slimming world oat biscuits, syn free if using 35g oats as healthy extra. 35g oats, 1 egg, 2-3 tablespoons sweetener, cinnamon, ginger (could use other flavours), mix together, place spoonfuls on a baking tray sprayed with buttery frylight, makes 6-7 biscuits. Bake for 15-20 mins depending in how crispy you'd like them. Could be drizzled with chocolate or Nutella if you count the syns.
