John Morley

British painter born in 1942 in Beckenham, Kent. He and David Inshaw were taught by Graham Arnold at Beckenham School of Art and Ravensbourne 1957-62, then went on to the Royal Academy Schools. Teacher at Westminster School and visiting lecturer at Epsom School of Art & Design. Married to Diana Howard. Both included in Brotherhood of Ruralists exhibition 1985-6. Lives in Suffolk, a keen gardener and grower of snowdrops (North Green Snowdrops). Friend of Cedric Morris and John Nash.
