When an old man died  in a nursing home, nurses found this poem. Its quality and content so impressed was spread throughout the nursing home and afar. Sometimes I feel like giving up, then I remember I have a lot of motherfuckers to prove wrong.

Just to prove people wrong is a good enough reason to keep up with our health & fitness, particularly if they think we won't do it. It's a shame we feel we need or have to prove.
