Creamy Shrimp & Mushroom Pasta. I like that it uses cream cheese, which left it with a nice creamy texture. I sauteed the mushrooms in olive oil instead of butter. I also cut the butter in half (4 T. instead of 8 T.) She says not to, but I thought it tasted fantastic. It was a really fast dinner...will be making again!
Creamy Seafood Alfredo - don't be afraid to substitute and/or mix seafood. Be daring, different combos blend well together. The flavors can compliment each other well. **fresh seafood is always best, and preferred, for better results**
