Sources of information about arthritis - for reference for myself ie they're not an endorsement. I started with the more traditional ideas so you'll find them…
Solgar® No. 7 Vegetable Capsules - whilst many pins here are for reference only I can certainly vouch for Solgar 7. Perhaps took more than the 7 days but am now jogging for the first time in 4 years and no achy knees in the morning as I go down the stairs. I still know about it if I slip up and eat too much wheat or potatoes but would certainly suggest Solgar 7 is one of the contributory factors to my increased flexibility in my arthritic knees.
Turmeric Uses for Skincare, Cuisine, and Immunity
Studies show turmeric is three times more effective at easing pain than aspirin, ibuprofen or naproxen, it can help relieve chronic pain for 50 percent of people with arthritis and fibromyalgia. That’s because turmeric’s active ingredient, curcumin, naturally shuts down cyclooxygenase 2, an enzyme that churns out a stream of pain-producing hormones, explains nutrition researcher Julian Whitaker, M.D. The study-recommended dose: Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of this spice daily or take supplement.
