Ingredients: 1 Cup Roasted Almonds 2 Tbsp Roasted Sunflower Seeds 2 Tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds 2 Tbsp Roasted Pista 2 Tbsp Roasted Watermelon Seeds 2 Tbsp Roasted Melon Seeds 2 Tbsp Roasted Flax Seeds 3 Tbsp Cranberries 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds Pinch of Cinnamon powder 1 Tsp Honey 1 Small Cup Jaggery Heat 1 Tsp Ghee in a pan, add 1 small cup jaggery and 2 Tbsp water, cook for 5-6 minutes And add the seeds & nuts & mix and coat well. Quickly pour in moulds as per desired shapes. You Can also spread it evenly on greased butter paper and later cut as per shape or size.

Soak your dates in hot water for 15 minutes and then drain them. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a chunky paste.
