🧎🏽‍♀️RELEASING NEGATIVE ENERGY FROM YOUR LIFE
If negativity feels like a barrier, remember the promises of Psalm 23 and Psalm 91. God is our shepherd and our refuge, leading us through the darkest valleys and shielding us from harm. Let us lift our voices in prayer, seeking the peace and restoration that only God can provide. Amen.

FORGIVENESS – 💌 [A BIBLICAL PERSPECTIVE]
We’ve all felt the sting of betrayal, the pain of rejection, or the anguish of being wronged in one way or another. Some wounds run so deep that we wonder if forgiveness is even possible. Yet, despite the gravity of our hurts, the Bible insists that forgiveness is not only achievable but also essential for those who follow Christ.

NAVIGATING LIFE’S CHALLENGES
Life’s challenges are like unexpected guests crashing a party – we may not have invited them, but they teach us some dance moves. Through the power of choice and the wisdom gained from surviving life’s twists, we can get through difficulties with resilience and style. So, let’s embrace the chaos, rock the healing, and remember, just like a cat landing on its feet, (there is always one that jumps over our garden fence most mornings 🤣) we all can rise, no matter how many falls we have taken.
Life’s challenges have a remarkable way of revealing our strengths and weaknesses, pushing us to evolve and grow. One of the most significant things I’ve undergone has been learning to stand up for myself and address conflicts assertively. This journey was prompted by a realization that my passive nature, aimed at maintaining peace, was often causing me to feel like a doormat, allowing disrespect until my suppressed anger exploded. FAITH FUELED GOALS
Setting goals often gets a bad rap in spiritual circles. Some say it shows a lack of trust in God’s plan. But is that really the case? While it’s true we shouldn’t rush ahead without God’s guidance, it’s also not right to sit idle, waiting for everything to fall into place magically. God gave us talents for a reason, expecting us to use them for good (Ephesians 2:8-10, Romans 12:4-8, Matthew 25:14-30). Setting goals while seeking God’s advice doesn’t mean we doubt Him. Instead, it shows we trust Him to guide us as we move forward. Are your goals in line with what God wants for you, or are you just doing your own thing and hoping God will tag along?

As a spiritual mentor, my journey has taught me valuable lessons about the impact of emotional, behavioural, and spiritual wounds that often go unnoticed within us. These unseen hurts have the power to unexpectedly affect not only our lives but also the lives of others around us. Today, we explore the significance of recognizing and addressing these wounds, with the aim of breaking the cycle of how hurting people end up hurting others.

The saying “Hurting people hurt people” has resonated deeply with me throughout my work. As a mentor, I have witnessed many individuals struggling with their own pain and suffering. Spiritual Mentor, Breaking The Cycle, Soft Heart, The Lives Of Others, Our Life, Life Changes, It Hurts

Gratitude isn’t just about saying thank you; it’s like this superpower that makes us feel better inside and out. It’s like flipping a switch that fills our hearts with joy and our bodies with good vibes. As stated in Psalm 107:1 “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” – when we’re grateful, we’re not just being polite; we’re actually making ourselves healthier and happier.

So if you’re tired of feeling stuck in a negative rut, why not give gratitude a try? It might take some time and effort, but trust me, the payoff is totally worth it. By focusing on the good stuff and being thankful for what we already have, we can attract even more abundance into our lives. TAKING ACTION IN UNCERTAIN TIMES
In uncertain times, it’s easy to feel stuck and overwhelmed. The future can seem unclear and daunting, and it can be tempting to wait for things to settle down before taking action. But the truth is, waiting for the “right” time can lead to missed opportunities and regrets. That’s why it’s important to start where you are, even if it feels uncomfortable or uncertain. Taking action, no matter how small, can bring a sense of clarity and empowerment.

RELEASING WHAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU
As we continue to grow and evolve, it is vital to let go of the things that no longer serve us and make room for new experiences and opportunities that align with our current selves. Remember, it is okay to change our minds, demand change, and let things go. Trust the journey and have faith that everything is happening for our highest good.
Our ego can be both a blessing and a curse in life. It’s a part of our neuro-physiological system that helps us maintain a sense of self-worth and self-concept, which can lead to personal and professional success. However, there are times when our ego can become a barrier to our achievement, and we need to learn how to navigate it to move forward in life.

When we feel threatened, blamed, shamed, or embarrassed, our ego kicks in, creating its own reality in response to the “ego arrows” fired at us. This ego reality blinds us to the actual situation and prevents us from seeing the full picture. We become defensive and handicapped, unsure of our place in the world.
