Lady Macbeth clearly suffers from a few mental illnesses, one of them being bi polar disorder. This image shows the many faces of someone who is bi polar.

This image can link to many subjects often associated with disorder such as mental illness, depression, anxiety and psychotic behaviour however it still uses the human form and the heads each linking to a jaw create a premeditated pattern linking the image to order.
