Simon 'Beauty of the ride' by Sebadoh - i like how its an energetic pop song about riding, but in reality you are watching a small needle riding a bit of 7" plastic in a dingy bedroom. Grateful for technologies that allow you to be transported into someone else's art.
BEYOND - and this is how it was chronicled last night. Radio Heart came down beforehand to interview us. Cuckoos nest morris music and dancing was much enjoyed and Yogi's played Angels from the Realms of Glory for us all to sing at the end. Huge thanks to everyone involved.
Dora -I love nature-the beauty of it takes my breath away and gives me peace, reminding me that i am not in control of the world and my life; I live in the hands of an amazing Creator. If he can create each leaf to be different, and change with the seasons, he is more than capable of looking after me and those in my life! (In fact, as we come to Christmas I am reminded that I get presents at this time of year not because of me in anyway, but because Jesus was born! )
Heather - A Snowflake for Hungary A charity in Hungary, working with disadvantaged disabled people, is unable to fund any Christmas decorations. Their international friends have cut out dozens of paper snowflakes, noted their own country on the back, and posted them to Hungary; hoping and praying for a Christmas "snow storm" to make the Home festive and all who live there to feel special and cared for by God.
