DIY Coffee Creamer 2 cans evap milk 2 c of Heavy Cream 1 c of milk 1 c of Sugar 2 Tsp (or more) of a pumpkin or Allspice 8 TB of maple syrup (you could also use honey) 3-4 tsp of Pure Vanilla extract 7TB of puree Pumpkin 6 TB caramel syrup heat the cream, milk, and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Then place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. pour into container and shake well before using. if you have a small blender like I do, you might want to blend in two parts.
