Zutaten 

- 1 Blumenkohl
- 450g Kichererbsen
- 2 EL gelbe Sriracha 
- Sesam 

Für das Dressing 
- 60ml Olivenöl 
- 2 EL Balsamico
- 1/2 TL Kurkuma 
- 1/2 TL Paprikapulver 
- 1/2 TL Oregano

Für den Dip 
- 200g Feta 
- 300g griechischer Joghurt 
- 1 EL Zitronensaft 
- 2 EL Oregano 

Für die Petersilie 
- 100g Petersilie 
- 2 Knoblauchzehen
- 1 EL Oregano 
- 100ml helles Balsamico 

Zubereitung:

This week we’ve got a delicious cauliflower, chickpea and peanut curry. @jodienixon_ here with another batch cook recipe (quelle surprise!) I’ve got a bit of an issue with portion control, so this is the kinda thing I make at the start of the week intending it to be one meal, which normally turns into multiple meals.
