While this is a little more country than my current home, this is exactly what I envision for a home by the lake. To me this is warmth, comfort, charm and that's what I want in a home away from home. I am fond of pumpkin as a colour and it works well here and the rug and throw pillows add more colours and pattern. I had a home with open cupboards and as long as you remember to arrange things in an eye pleasing way, they work just fine.
Serene Sunroom Three walls of gorgeous transom-topped windows invite generous amounts of natural light and a delightful cross breeze in this sunroom. The room's color scheme was inspired by a seaside setting. Soothing colors of soft blues, pale yellows, sage greens, and warm whites create a serene, beachy backdrop
View a pretty focal point from the entry. Whenever a sofa is floating in a room, put a console table behind it for a more finished look. Add a ventless gas fireplace. A modular masonry unit has an authentic feel with an Eldorado fireplace surround and a wood mantel.
Ok, I keep seeing fireplaces in the porch. Since we have increased the size, I like the idea a lot. I'm gonna have Brian quote it. Would it make sense to have it on the side facing the neighbor with the green house? (Left when facing lake.)
