The grave of TE Lawrence, Lawrence of Arabia, near the extraordinary church of St Nicholas, Moreton. The inscription says:    TO THE DEAR MEMORY OF  T E LAWRENCE  FELLOW OF ALL SOULS COLLEGE  OXFORD  BORN 16 AUGUST 1888  DIED 19 MAY 1935    THE HOUR IS COMING & NOW IS  WHEN THE DEAD SHALL HEAR  THE VOICE OF THE  SON OF GOD  AND THEY THAT HEAR  SHALL LIVE    The lines are from John 5:25.  Beneath that is the motto of the University of Oxford, Dominus illuminato mea – the Lord is my light.
