Rediscovering design: largest collection of Bauhaus objects to be presented in Berlin - BMIAA

The Bauhaus-Archiv in Berlin has recently inaugurated its permanent exhibition, reorganizing the collection pieces for a fresh look on the world-famous school of architecture, design and art. Along with the new Collection, a special exhibition will take place showcasing 100 new objects acquired by the Bauhaus-Archiv.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec's new outdoor installation in Kunsthal Aarhus park - BMIAA

Studio Bouroullec collaborate with Kvadrat and Kunsthal Aarhus in this long-term temporary installation that will provide four new seating spaces for the park surrounding the Kunsthal. The designs focus on the idea of gathering and communication and our spatial connection to the enrvironment.

"Care + Repair" a public workspace by Architekturzentrum Wien within Vienna Biennale 2017 - BMIAA

How can we repair the future? And how can architecture and urbanism contribute to it? Care and repair are concrete activities; they are effective at specific locations. Architekturzentrum Wien is going beyond the in-house Museums Quartier exhibition spaces for the Care + Repair project, establishing a public workspace on the former railway territory of the Nord-bahnhof grounds, one of the largest inner-city development zones in Vienna.
