Top with 8 slices 2% American cheese and a tube of reduced fat crescent rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Put shredded lettuce & chopped pickles on plate, top with 1/4 square of casserole, add 1T reduced fat thousand island dressing. Enjoy!
