CARTOONING LIVE ON TV is always an exciting challenge. I was lucky enough to be asked in to 5 News (the Channel Five news programme, part of the ITN group) to cover David Cameron’s St George’s day pronouncement of opposition to Scottish Independence. You can watch the video below.
Caricatures on TV for BBC African Footballer of the Year drawn by caricaturist in London Simon Ellinas for BBC Television World Service up at Media City
Caricatures and cartoons by the caricaturist in London on TV! OVER THE YEARS, I have been lucky enough to be invited into the exciting world of television in order to draw caricatures and cartoons on TV. I was the caricaturist on the 100th programme edition of kids' Saturday morning show Fully Booked back at the tail-end of the nineties and was booked to draw cartoons during the BBC's Election coverage in 2005.
I WAS LUCKY enough to be asked into the studios of 5 News at Channel Five on St George’s Day to draw cartoons live on camera. You can see the video below. The news item, narrated by Andy Bell, was covering David Cameron’s pronounced opposition to the idea of Scottish Independence, strategical timed to coincide with St George’s Day.
