Recessed shelves in the shower enclosure provide space for towels and shower products. Tiles from Malborough tiles - chosen because of the uneven edges of these hand made tiles give them a more traditional look, and because I needed the tiles to have a glazed side edge for the recessed shelves.

I adapted an old Victorian cupboard bought on Ebay for £35 to make this washstand. Marble top with undermount sinks. Taps from Victorian Plumbing. Mirror made from an old reclaimed oak floor board, cut into strips, mitred at the corners. Mirror glass sourced locally and glued to the frame using mirror adhesive. Don't use silicone, it will destroy the back of the mirror....!
