Skinny tuna melt- 1 can tuna, 1/2 c celery, 1/4 c shredded carrots, 1T red onion, 1T mayo, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, salt & pepper. Heat skillet on low heat and spray with butter spray. Place 2 slices of bread in skillet and add american cheese on top. Spread tuna mixture and top with tomatoe slices. Cook until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
