Barry Colenso personally tastes every #chocolate to ensure it deserves to be in a @Cocoa Boutique tasting selection. And trust us, he is very fussy indeed! His particular attention to detail hails from his days as the youngest Head of Patisserie at the Savoy Hotel, London. It was during his time here he created Chocolate delights for Royalty including the Queen and the Queen's Mother.

We knew Pierre Ledent's international Chocolate reputation before we tasted his divine creations but no one could have prepared us for the heavenly hit we were to experience.  With 2 International Gold Medals, 7 European Confectioner Awards and 2 consecutive Belgian National Arts Awards, there’s no denying Pierre’s #Chocolates are brilliant.

Damian Allsop began his #Chocolate life as a pastry chef. But not just any pastry chef – one of the most talented and loved pastry chef’s in the Michelin starred world.  Having worked in some of the finest Michelin starred restaurants like The Aubergine with Gordon Ramsay and Locanda Locatelli with Giorgio we had high expectations, and he did not disappoint.
