I've recently read this book to try to get to the bottom of why I'm so exhausted, among other things. It's a really good read and helps you to assess if this could be a problem for you as well as giving really thorough advice on how we can get back to health again. If you have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, ME, or chronic illness then this book is so worth a read. It's also on kindle but I like my paper copy so I can quickly reference it. Affiliate link.
