This definitely captures the felling of grunge in one image. Its chaotic, theres thick blotches of what look like ink, and the colors are symbolic of something that would have a grunge feeling.

I particularly like this cover in the sense that it this design simply doesn't car, if that even makes sense.  That's the part I like most about Carson's covers, he seems to have an element to him that just simply doesn't car, and that attitude appeals to me.

Even if I didn't know what grunge was, I would most likely tell you this cover was made in the late 90's or early 2000's, simply because of the feeling that this cover carries with it.
