A refreshing lemony fizz with a cooling hint of lavender that makes a cracking change from tonic. Try it in a Bumblebee: 40ml gin 10ml honey Lovely Drinks Garden Lemonade Lavender and lemon peel, to garnish Put the gin in a cocktail shaker. Stir in the honey until it’s dissolved. Add ice, then shake and strain into a glass packed with ice. Top up with Lovely Drinks Garden Lemonade and garnish with a sprinkle of lavender and a twist of lemon peel.
