I personally like how the colour of the flower stands out against the black and white image.

Macro photo of a daisy whilst been raided of pollen. Taken on Dartmoor in the UK whilst on my lunch break. I especially like the fact that i managed to capture the detail in the wings and hairs around its body.

Took this macro image of a Dandelion in seed May this year. Close up they always remind me of a Sea Anemone with it's.

I like the sun shining through the clouds and think it gives it good contrast

Picking out the purple colour of the flowers in this grey scale image makes it stand out against the sweeping clouds in the background.

Got this picture of my die cast VW T2 one afternoon whilst up on Dartmoor, Devon UK. The VW is the reflection in the water below the rock i had it placed on. Basically the image is turned 180 degrees. Thought it was something different and like the look of the distorted image of the van with the water looking like the sky.

Took this photo from the park, looking at the back of the houses where i live. I like how colour of the houses and the sky turned out after converting it to watercolour.
