The Whitworth Art Gallery reopened earlier this year after undergoing a £15million redevelopment. The gallery is open seven days a week and is free to visit. It features 10 world class exhibitions including this piece by Cornelia Parker named 'Cold Dark Matter'. It is also one of Juan Mata's favourite places to visit in Manchester.
