Textiles: Priestley College I could imagine the theme behind this being decay due to the top half of the bodice. It looks as if the student has created a piece out of flowers and over time they have decomposed and left behind to create this dress.

Thimister AW 2011 A hot air gun may have been used as the fabric look very disintegrated and worn away. There use of subtle colours; white and light grey contrasts with the dark grey and black, giving a dramatic look. There may be some pleating for the top of the skirt. White wool and felt.
