Tick repellent for you & your pet: add 1 cup of water to a spray bottle, and 2 cups of distilled white vinegar. Ticks hate the smell & taste of vinegar. Then, add 2 spoonfuls of vegetable or almond oil (both contain sulfur, another natural tick repellent). After mixing the solution, spray clothing, skin, & hair before going outdoors. Reapply every 4 hours to keep ticks at bay. Examine your skin & hair once inside to make sure there's no ticks. Vinegar smell will dissipate in a short time.

In a spray bottle, mix 2 cups of distilled white vinegar and 1 cup of water. To make a scented solution so you do not smell like bitter vinegar all day, add 20 drops of your favorite essential oil. (eucalyptus, citrus oils, or geranium)

Homemade Weed Killer.....i just used this and the weeds were brown by the end of the day! Love it:-)

Homemade Round-up Weed Killer - I have used this and it works faster than Roundup! Mix it ahead and let the salt dissolve for as day before putting in your sprayer so the salt doesn't clog it up.experienced that first hand :)
