Tick repellent for you & your pet: add 1 cup of water to a spray bottle, and 2 cups of distilled white vinegar. Ticks hate the smell & taste of vinegar. Then, add 2 spoonfuls of vegetable or almond oil (both contain sulfur, another natural tick repellent). After mixing the solution, spray clothing, skin, & hair before going outdoors. Reapply every 4 hours to keep ticks at bay. Examine your skin & hair once inside to make sure there's no ticks. Vinegar smell will dissipate in a short time.
