2 cups of flour 2 cups of colored water (I used Wilton "Red Red" Food dye - is bright red!) 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil 2 Tbsp. cream of tartar 1 cup of salt Directions: Place all of the ingredients in a medium size pan.
