Our herd of organic farmed venison is the largest of its kind in the country, living a virtually wild existence with minimal human contact on our Wootton estate in Staffordshire.

We choose to raise our traditional breed of Bronze turkeys because they're ideal for an organic system: lively, with a natural love of roaming and exploring, and slow-growing. This doesn’t suit conventional farming, but it’s perfect for us as they develop their flavour fully and taste fantastic.
