Days Gone – The Wind That Blows Over The Feet Of The Corpses - Digital Art Piece
The piece was inspired by the old Welsh phrase / tradition of “Gwynt traed y meirw”, an easterly wind that was seen as a portent of either the death of a relative, or as a sign of good luck, depending on which bit of folklore you believe or where you live. It was made from collected Victorian photos and postcards, and is currently hanging at the Queen Street Gallery in Neath, available to buy.
