Warm small living area. The layered light really makes the space inviting, while the wall decor, floor, tables, and pillows add visual interest. This is a great way to do a basement living room.
This on top of a large framed piece of wall paper. Incorporate some crafts instead of just pictures
LivingRoom - I love the layering on the shelf behind the couch
"my recent trip to Ikea for frames and shelves inspired me! I bought two Ribba picture ledges (mine are 45 1/4" in length)"
Photo studio inspiration. (They must pull up chairs on either side of the coffee table/seems unusual to have it perpendicular to couch-L)
Gallery Wall. I love that there are tons of pictures without having tons of nail holes or the pain of re-hanging if you ever want to add/change a photo. @ Home Improvement Ideas
Love the use of the 4 bookcases behind the couch! Just get bookcases from walmart or target and just leave the cardboard backs off
Rail fence quilt, woven strips, dark
Could also use floating shelves behind couch....oh ideas!
I like the idea of a shorter shelf to make way for a picture. Especially nice if it were leaning against the wall instead of hanging.
Cute way to hang shelves/display photos. by adrianna_gille
Simple frames of the same color in different sizes on off-set floating shelves with larger framed & matted photos hung on the wall make an attractive "Gallery Wall" layout. (Easy to change too.)
