- Disperse Dyes on Polyester Satin.

Mix iDye Poly (which is a disperse dye) with water (and a thickener, if youd like), paint it onto paper, and then heat press or iron that paper face down onto crinkled polyester. The dye will sublimate (transfer) into the fabric wherever it is in contact as soon as it reaches temp. Then youre done--no heat setting, no chemical fixing, no steaming, no further steps needed! #idyepoly #sublimation #crinkle #print #diy #superfastandeasy
