Pittsburgh Skyline Print - Altered Pittsburgh - Silkscreen Print
"Altered Pittsburgh" is a three color print measuring about 11"x15". this is a hand pulled print and is one in an limited edition of 22. like most of my work it is based in photography, but in this print i wanted to break up the skyline and use it as other elements such as the sky itself. all my prints are hand pulled, signed and numbered on acid free cold press paper. the paper size is 15"x20" the print area is approximately 11"x15"
Growing Down is a series of six paintings. The first five in the slide show presentation measure 30x22 inches, acrylic paint and mixed media on Strathmore Aquarius II paper. The sixth painting measures 48x36 inches, acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas. The expression "Growing Down" to me means depth, growing deeper, finding meaning, enriching ones life. I chose a neutral earthy palette as an expression of the psychological realm - going deep within ones soul.
