Quick Ab Workout Do these awesome core exercises on the cable machine! Grab a rope and put the cable on a lower setting and face away from the machine. Do reverse crunches, leg raises and scissor kicks. It doesn't take much weight to really feel the burn and make sure you keep your back flat and core tight the whole time.
