This slaw is so easy to make and packed with goodness. The carrots and cabbages are brimming with vitamin C and the seeds and mackerel provide your daily dose of omega 3 – its a win win!
Egg Muffins These egg muffins are so quick and easy to make. Pair them with some bacon and tomatoes or a healthy smoothie for a complete breakfast or munch alone for a yummy snack. They are also great for children’s lunch boxes. I made these with spinach and feta but you can add in anything you like – ham, bacon, chorizo, broccoli, chilli, cheddar – whatever you fancy.
