This is a really quick and easy fruit loaf recipe. I always use a loaf tin but you could def use a cake tin if you didn't have one.
Bara brith (literally “mottled bread”) is sometimes made with yeast but Mary’s family recipe omits it, giving a wonderfully sticky texture. It is best spread with plenty of butter. (via BBC Food)
