It's no secret how much we love the versatility of the bullet journal. If something doesn't work, change it. It's the customization to our busy life. That's what I had to face when I started my April's monthly spread.  When I looked at my Calendex and Future Planning (yes, I use both), I realized that I wouldn't be able to fit everything into my usual monthly spread. That meal plan might be good but perhaps I'll start by listing my meals once I've made and ate them. That way I can keep track of what I've been eating and what u liked. It might help me to focus on my positive and negative eating habits. Self awareness is key for dieting! Time to add this to my bullet journal.

You know this spread probably from the last year. It's nearly the same for 2017, because I am so happy with it. Every month and week I check the appointments I collect to transfer them into the monthly and weekly layouts. So I think I can say that this is my most used and important layout in my Bullet Journal . Let me know what you are thinking about the combination of the shimmery gold and the light blue.
