A no bake biscuit treat which is ideal for any Scottish celebration be it Hogmanay, Burns Night or St Andrews Day. Decorate petticoat tails shortbread with wrirting icing to design your very own clan tartan on these Shortbread Kilts.
Highland dancing decorations. The children coloured in the tartan, concertina folded the paper, stapled them at the top and added the legs ready to be put on string and hung across the stage!
