Jim Dine wrote his autobiographical poem ‘Jewish Fate’ at his home in Paris in the winter of 2013. It draws on his childhood memories of his grandfather’s hardware store in Cincinnati, a source of inspiration because he spent time there on weekends and vacations, developing a fascination with tools which inspired his series of tool art. In contrast to traditional Enitharmon de luxe editions, every page of this book is an original lithograph. Paris Winter, Source Of Inspiration, Cincinnati, Hardware Store
