**Represent commonly used fractions** Playdough measuring activity. This activity was designed for a preschooler, but I love the idea for introducing measurement to the inch or half inch and letting students measure independently.

Numbers: Car & Parking Lot Activity Take a piece of paper, and draw out parking spaces with numbers. Have your son get out a basket of cars. Say a number and ask your son to choose a car & drive it into that parking spot.
