Great fine motor activity that also works on number recognition and matching. Instead of numbers you could also write letter on the sticks and box. And you could math problems on the sticks with answers on the box.

Write the numbers on a set of popsicle sticks. To add extra support, draw dots on the popsicle sticks to match the number written on them. Students line up the numbers and stick them in the play doh. Could also be done with tricky teens.
